Lacklustre version

Used to buy the East End Hot Madras curry powder but seems Ocado has stopped stocking and replaced with this brand. It really doesn't have as much depth of flavour of the spices and I would probably describe it as mild, as it is not hot at all in comparison. I have to supplement with my own chilli spices to give it a reasonable flavour and heat, which at this point, I might as well be making my own up from the base spices.

where have the East End spices gone

Bought as an alternative to East End spices but these are a very poor alternative they lack in flavour and aroma. see that Ocado have swapped the full range for Rajah spices. Not very happy as the East End spices were very good.
