the sting!
used twice and my skin ended up being extremely sore, it caused a sting that felt like sun burn
Not suitable for sensitive skin.
being an oil not serum made it difficult to apply, lots dripped off my hand onto the floor. I didn't put it anywhere near my eyes, but within minutes my eyes were swollen, red and stinging and painful. I washed it straight off but it took a day for my eyes to recover. I don't have particularly sensitive skin, but this is not suitable for faces.
Oily and irritating
I was surprised that this product is very oily, I don't like using oils on my skin. After applying it on my face almost immediately my eyes started to water and burn and my skin felt very irritated and by the end of the day I've had red and dry skin on my face, very unpleasant product and won't be using anymore. The only good thing about it it's the smell I personally like.
Ocado take it out of the serum section
Its an oil not a serum. If you want an spf facial oil- its ok. If you want a serum go elsewhere
Good size 50ml
Was sent this as a substitute for another Simple moisturiser so gave it a try but it irritated my skin and made my eyes sore despite not placing around the eye area. Didn't look radiant either! Simple products are supposed to be natural but then read it contains: Isostearyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Palmitate, Octyldodecanol, Triolein, Octocrylene, Homosalate, Ethylhexyl Salicylate, Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane,Tocopheryl Acetate, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-di-t-butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, Tocopherol. Oh dear! £8 wasted.
Good but stings my eyes
I normally use Japanese or Korean SPF products as I hadn’t quite found any product sold in the UK high street shops that won’t leave a white cast (basically all mineral sunscreens are out) or aren’t too heavy. For a chemical sunscreen I don’t get breakouts which is rare and a great thing but it does sting when it gets in my eyes.
