To Defrost: Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Once defrosted do not refreeze.

Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Remove all packaging.

Heat one tablespoon of cooking oil in a wok or frying pan. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken to the pan. Pan fry on a moderate heat for 7-8 minutes, turning regularly.
Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.

Convenient
Takes the hassle out of chopping the chicken yourself and is free range. Worth the extra knowing the chicken had a better quality of life. Recommended!

Chicken is inconsistent
