Get fit for summer

This summer, we ran an exciting three-month healthy eating and exercise program, “Get Fit For Summer”. It was an exclusive health and well-being scheme created by Josh Salzmann and Corrine Curtis, the industry experts behind Fitness-Inspiration.

As part of his busy schedule, Josh is the leading health and fitness expert for American news channel CNN, and trains top Italian football team AC Milan once a week. Corrine also spent years keeping the nation on its toes with a daily workout on the BBC’s Good Morning Britain. Together they have over 30 years’ experience helping people to get fit and feel great – from office workers and new mums to professional athletes and celebrities, including Angelina Jolie, Pierce Brosnan and Premiership footballer Andriy Shevchenko.

Weighing a heavy 10st at the age of just seven, Josh went through years of bullying before standing up and deciding he could do something about his weight. Taking up running and training, the weight began to drop off and by senior year at high school he was representing his state in American football and was ranked number two in the USA 82kg wrestling championships. In short, he’s not just an accomplished fitness professional, but knows from first-hand experience what it takes to lose weight and get fit. Now teamed with his wife Corrine, a qualified exercise pro in her own right, he can’t wait to pass his extensive knowledge on to you.

So, after the success of our first program we’re now working together to plan another exclusive scheme for later this year. In the meantime, we’ve left all the useful nutritional information and exercise plans on here, so if you’re feeling energetic or need some healthy eating tips, you can come back and use it to your heart’s content.
