My credit card is not working

  1. You will need to contact your bank to ensure that there are no problems with your credit / debit card. They undertake the verification process on our behalf.
  2. Does your card expire at the end of the month? If so it will not verify on the site as it will expire before we take payment and we will not be able to verify your new card as it will not be activated until your current card expires.

Can I use a card which is not in my name to place an order?

You can use an alternative card as long as you have the owner's permission to do so.

How do I check out my order?

Simply click on the 'Check out' button found above your trolley when you have exceeded the minimum order value.

The system will not accept my voucher?

Make sure you are entering the letters VOU in uppercase as the system is case sensitive.
