Peace One Day Competition – September 2010
- Prize Details: There is one prize of a pair of tickets to the Peace One Day concert at Le Zenith, Paris 17 September 2010 and a cheque for £500.
- Additional benefits such as travel expenses are not included.
- The £500 Cheque will be addressed to the competition winner’s name and address and will be received within 14 days of drawing the winner.
- The promoter of this prize draw is Ocado Limited.
- To enter this prize draw, place an order over £90 (excluding delivery charge), including at least one Peace One Day Smoothie from Innocent (250ml or 1L), for delivery between Sunday 5th September 2010 and Thursday 9th September 2010 (inclusive) at Ocado.com and enter the voucher code VOU1358169.
- This prize draw is only open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Ocado Limited, Peace One Day Limited, their subsidiaries, families, agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
- Only one entry per customer will be permitted, regardless of the number of orders placed, and there will only be one prize per household.
- Customers must enter the prize draw in their own name and not on someone else’s behalf.
- The closing date and time for entries into the Peace One Day prize draw is midnight on Thursday 9th September 2010. Orders placed after this date and time will not be included in the prize draw.
- All entries received by midnight on Thursday 9th September 2010 will be entered into the prize draw and the winner will be drawn at random on Friday 10th September 2010.
- The winner of the prize will be contacted within 5 days of the draw and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize, then Ocado reserves the right to select another winner.
- The Promoter’s decision is final.
- There is no cash alternative available for the prize. Ocado reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value or to terminate, amend, extend or shorten the promotional period at any time and without notice.
