About Josh and Corrine
Together Josh and Corrine have over 30 years’ experience helping people to get fit and feel great – from office workers and new mums to professional athletes and celebrities.
Josh
Having been a fitness instructor since 1978, Josh has worked with a whole host of clients including Angelina Jolie, Pierce Brosnan and footballer Andriy Shevchenko. As part of his busy schedule, Josh is the leading health and fitness expert for American news channel CNN, alongside training top Italian football team AC Milan.
Weighing 10st at the age of just seven, Josh went through years of bullying before standing up and deciding he wanted to do something about his weight. Taking up running and training, the weight began to drop off and by senior year at high school he was representing his state in American football and was ranked number two in the USA 82kg wrestling championships. In short, he’s not just an accomplished fitness professional, but knows from first-hand experience what it takes to lose weight and get fit. Now teamed with his wife Corrine, a qualified exercise professional in her own right, he can’t wait to pass his extensive knowledge on to you.
Corrine
Despite having a passion for fitness, in particular pilates, it wasn't until her second pregnancy that Corrine decided to start her own company, Body Heat, in an attempt to bring both sport bras and dance/street wear to London. This allowed her to witness the fitness fever first-hand in the States, where she attended conventions and classes to qualify in many different areas of exercise.
Later running a daily workout on the BBC’s Good Morning Britain, Corrine travelled across the nation to promote a campaign to Get Britain Fit. However, it wasn't until she took on a position at the Bath and Racquet Club in 1995, that she met Josh and learnt his manual resistance method. They have been a team ever since.
