Invite a Friend
Recommend our service to a friend and get a voucher to spend with us
If you find our service helpful, why not help some friends by introducing them to Ocado through our Invite a Friend (“IaF”) scheme.
You can recommend Ocado to your friend(s) by clicking through to the ‘Invite a Friend’ link provided on the Ocado Homepage after logging in. Then simply enter the email address of your friend(s) in the box provided to recommend our service to your friend(s) and for them to receive money off voucher(s) for their first order(s). In submitting this information, you confirm that you have the authority to do so. Your name will be given to your friend(s) to explain why they are receiving this offer.
Once your friend(s) have registered with Ocado they will be required to place a minimum of 3 shops; when these shops have been placed and received, you will receive your IaF Voucher by email entitling you to money off your next Ocado order (minimum spend terms and voucher expiry date may apply as detailed on the relevant voucher).
To benefit from this IaF scheme your friend(s) must be new customers to Ocado, must register a different delivery address(es) from you and must shop using the email address to which you sent your IaF email. If your friend(s) use a different e-mail address to that which you sent your IaF email to, neither they nor you will be entitled to receive any IaF Voucher(s).
Your friend(s) IaF Voucher(s) can only be redeemed against the relevant code(s) and must be used on their first online order(s) (minimum spend terms and voucher expiry date may apply as detailed on the relevant voucher). If your friend(s) do not place and receive a minimum of 3 orders as required by this scheme, you will not be entitled to receive your IaF Voucher.
Please note that our general Discount Offer and Vouchers terms and conditions apply to all IaF Vouchers issued under this Invite a Friend scheme.
Ocado reserves the right to terminate, amend, extend or shorten the Invite a Friend scheme at any time and without notice. Vouchers issued prior to termination or amendment shall remain valid until the expiry date specified on the voucher.
