These incredible sheets of fresh pasta are handmade using the finest ingredients to ensure a great flavour and perfect consistency. They are wonderfully versatile too - try making your own ravioli.

Vittorio Maschio has created a range of pastas made without eggs, ‘Pasta Bianca’, with a stronger bite and more delicate flavour. This traditional Sardinian shape, gnocchetti sardi, works extremely well with sausage and tomato sauces.

Bucatini are long, thick strands of fresh pasta with a hole running through the middle. This makes them superb at holding sauces, traditionally one made with tomato, chilli and pancetta – all'Amatriciana.
