Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.

Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place on a grill pan under a medium heat, turning occasionally until golden brown. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.

good texture but fairly high in fat

The flavour of these is very mild, we like something with more character. The half mugful of fat draining out during cooking was more than i expected, giving you less value for money, although they were firm and meaty after cooking (on the frying pan without added oil).
