Delicious and Gluten free!
My daughter has multiple food intolerance's and it is so hard to find sausages that are both corn and gluten free. These are lovely tasting too! also so many sausage skins these days are made of weird GM stuff. These are just natural sheep casing.

Gristly
These have a nice flavour but are a little dry and also quite gristly

GREAT FLAVOUR
We love these chipolatas. Great flavour, AND they have the advantage that they cook right through before the outsides get burnt, unlike some of the thicker sausages.

Needs Improvement
These sausages do have gristle which reflects poor quality meats and care. You do expect more from ocado.
