Prepare & Use
To grill. Preheat grill.
Remove all packaging. Place under grill for 3-4 minutes turning half way through cooking.
To fry.
Heat ½ tbsp of oil in frying pan. Add bacon for 1-½ minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.

The best used
So far the best used in mykitchen. Reasonably priced and always of good quality. Never disappointed so far. Used in Italian dishes well.

Lovely bacon
This is one of my favourites because it consists of lots of very thin slices which go very crispy when cooked - makes a fantastic BLT!
