Caramelised Onion & Feta Cheese Pizza
A hand stretched pizza base, topped with garlic butter, tomato sauce, caramelised balsamic onions, mozzarella, feta and mascarpone cheese, sprinkled with rosemary.

Inspired by the best pizzerias, we start with a thin, crisp base, oil enriched and stretched by hand. This is covered with a sauce made from crushed tomato and extra virgin olive oil (0.5%), then hand topped with caramelised balsamic onions, mozzarella, crumbled feta and creamy mascarpone.

Think This is the Best Pizza I've Ever Had

No more dominos, this pizza is awesome. The cheese is soft and creamy, onions sweet and tangy and lovely base. Love it

Garlic!

Tasty pizza, cheeses are lovely and the caramelised onion good, but the overwhelming taste of garlic is a little too much for me. Would recommend though.

Even better than the reviews!

I'm usually a Margherita pizza kind of girl - why mess when simple is best - but the reviews persuaded me to try this and I wasn't disappointed. Fragrant, tasty, not heavy yet quite rich - a delicious pizza. For me, the rosemary made it perfect. This pizza will always be on my shopping list....
