Storage
Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Keep frozen. 3 star/4 star freezer, until best before date. 2 star freezer, up to 1 month. 1 star freezer, up to 1 week.
Prepare & Use
To defrost: Place profiteroles in a refrigerator for 2½ hours or for 1½ hours at room temperature. Defrost fully before use. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
Sauce only: Bring a pan of water to the boil and reduce heat to simmer. Place sealed sachet into the water for 3-4 minutes.

Very handy for desert emergencies
These are some of the nicest profiteroles we've had. I've been buying them for ages and am always disappointed when I try others, including much more expensive fresh ones. The choux pastry balls are stack full of cream, with just a hint of sweetness, and the chocolate sauce tastes natural - although I even like them without the sauce, eating them off a plate like biscuits. The box does take up a lot of room in the freezer but the profiteroles are in a bag inside the box and can be decanted if space is an issue.

surpassed my expectations
The whole family loved this. Very good profiteroles and much nicer dark chocolate sauce than usual - you can heat this up in the microwave but only for a few seconds. Disappointed as went to order again this week but out of stock!
