Prepare & Use
Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw poultry.
Oven Cook
Electric (200ºC): 25-30 mins
Fan (180ºC): 25-30 mins
Gas (gas mark 6): 25-30 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven until thoroughly cooked.

proper chicken Kiev...
These are really tasty, full of flavour but not overpowering, proper chicken breast not that false re structured stuff! They crisp up nicely in the oven...really good value for money as often on offer!

Dehydration....
We really enjoyed eating these, very tasty, but both my husband and I experienced very bad dehydration all night following. I had thown the packaging away so I couldn't check, but I think there may be a high salt content.
