Useful staple

Pleasant flavour, and a good size for a snack, or a meal for a child. Nice and crispy with about 20 minutes in a pan over medium heat. I can't understand why the only cooking instructions, for so many products like this, are for an oven. OK if the oven is going to be on anyway, but I wouldn't want to heat a whole oven just to cook a couple of fishcakes.

Gorgeous

Lovely fishcakes with good size chunks of fish inside, full of flavour. Can taste the herbs and parmesan. Really v nice
