Prepare & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Pan Fry:
Remove all packaging. Place in a preheated frying pan for 3-4 minutes, turning once during cooking time. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked.
Grill:
Remove all packaging. Place on a grill pan under a preheated medium grill for 3-4 minutes, turning halfway during cooking time. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked

Awful.
First time I have ever felt a need to write poorly about a product, but these were very tough and chewy. We literally flashed them in the pan but they were inedible. We gave up and had a pack of cold ham instead. Will definitely not buy again.

not up to standard
flash cooked these for a minute each side and allowed to rest but only one out of the three were of okay quality. the other three were tough and chewy. won't be buying again - real shame as they could be an ideal quick meat for a meal.

First and last time item
This was the first disappointing item from Ocado. It was tasteless and tough despite following instructions. None of us could eat it

thought this would make a nice quick mid week meal however, the meat was tough and chewy.
