Once opened consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date.
Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month.
Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted
Prepare & Use
Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
For best results grill.
Grill 10-12 minutes. Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under a
medium/hot heat turning during cooking. Cook thoroughly until juices run
clear and there is no pink meat.
Pan fry 10-12 minutes. Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tblsp of oil in a frying pan.
Add sausages to hot pan turning during cooking. Cook thoroughly until juices
run clear and there is no pink meat.
Oven cook.
Electric, 200°C, 35 mins.
Fan, 180°C, 35 mins.
Gas 6, 35 mins.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place sausages in a roasting tray in the
centre of oven. Turn occasionally to prevent burning. Cook thoroughly until
juices run clear and there is no pink meat

Watery+innards
I+grilled+these+sausages+and+when+I+cut+them+open+they+were+really+watery+inside.+They+had+tough+skins,+so+I+guess+the+problem+was+they+didnt+burst+like+sausages+normally+do+under+the+grill.+They+might+be+ok+if+you+prick+them+first.

Great sausages, horrible packaging
Amazing sausages! Great flavour, texture, you know it's real meat. I give it 3 stars because the packaging is always broken upon arrival. which means, i have to cook all the sausages i've bought when it arrives or send them back which ends up being a waste because it gets thrown away. i hate wasting food, but don't always fancy having to cook the sausages at 11pm when i get the late delivery.

Brilliant for a quick, easy, tasty dinner
I have bought these many times and they are always very tasty and flavoursome, with no extra water coming out of them at all. I tend to chop them into chunks first, then fry them with onion and oil from the Cooks Ingredients Chargrilled Peppers, which I then add to the mix. When they're cooked I add chopped tinned tomatoes, and mix it all together with cooked pasta, sprinkling basil on top - a winner in our house every time!
