Keep frozen in a four star food freezer or a three star frozen food compartment which should be -18°C or colder: do not store after ’best before’ date. Do not refreeze after defrosting but keep cool and use within 24 hours. For best before end date see front of pack
Prepare & Use
Cook from frozen. Oven cook from frozen: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Loosely wrap coley portion in buttered foil and place on a baking tray in centre of oven.
Electric 200ºC 30-35 mins,
Fan 180ºC 30-35 mins,
Gas gas 6 30-35 mins. Microwave from frozen: Remove all packaging. Place 1 coley portion on a microwavable plate, cover with film. Stand for 2 minutes after heating before serving. Microwave on full power B/650W 3 mins, D/750W 2 1/2 mins, E/850W 2 mins. Do not reheat once cooled .

ok for cats but
BEWARE! I found 7 large bones today. These can be deadly to cats and small children

Versatile
These can be cooked from frozen, but I prefer to defrost in the fridge overnight. Season lightly and place in a steamer for six to eight minutes. As the frozen blocks are made up of smaller pieces, I defrost and cook them on small pieces of baking parchment to ensure they keep their shape. Delicious served with freshly made parsley sauce, mashed potates and spinach.

Great for fish pie and fish stew
Has a good, strong flavour in fish pies and is excellent for mixed fish and seafood stews. Very little cooking time required. And the cats love it, very lightly steamed.

Perfect for cats
About the same price as cat pouches but without all the extra rubbish they pack into the pouches. Two minutes in the microwave and instant fresh fish, needless to say my kitty loves them! Also haven't found any bones in them so far.
