Lovely
I couldn't honestly detect the ginger or thyme: nice amount of apricot and not a piece of gristle! Went lovely and sticky in the oven. Recommended!

Excellent sausages!
Very tasty sausages, highly recommended. Nice and meaty, but the ginger flavouring really adds something and makes these sausages rather special. Will be buying again.

Bit strange
They tasted like they were overly curried, maybe the seasoning had been over done accidentally, but not one person liked them, not even our resident sausage hound my 8 yr old son is sausage mad We were quite disappointed.

Not up to much
Too crumbly with lots of tasteless orange bits which presumably were apricot. Nice and sticky but far too bland
