Once opened consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before before use: do not refreeze once defrosted
Prepare & Use
Grill 15-20mins:
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under a medium grill, turning occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Oven:
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly greased baking tray in centre of oven, until golden brown. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Barbecue:
Take extra care when barbecuing. If possible, cook in a microwave or oven first and place immediately on the barbecue to finish off

Awful gluten free sausages
I bought these instead of the usual gluten free sausages for our standard sausage oven tray cook up with garlic, veg, onions, peppers. I usually brown the sausage in a fry pan over a medium heat and get some color before adding to the oven dish. A large amount of liquid came out from these sausages and they shrank to half their size. The skins seems to vanish and go tacky. The sausages themselves were alright for taste but they looked very unappealing. I thought these sausages would be a treat as there are eight in the pack instead of the usual six that you get nowadays with gluten free but they were a false economy.

Best Gluten-free Banger!
Sausages are a bit of a treat in our house, but our whole household loves these sausages. They're never dry, they have a high meat content and taste yummy! We love them grilled, on the BBQ or in a casserole. Always empty plates and disappointment when they're all gone!

Too fatty
We thought these sausages were too fatty to our liking and it didn't have a lot of flavour

Great flavour, and a reasonable amount of fat so these are not as dry as others. Please keep up the good work in sourcing more GF products!

very tasty
I find these great for all the family. I was puzzled by some of the reviews - but maybe it's down to how you cook them? I tend to grill sausages. They aren't over-seasoned and so great for our whole family - perhaps this is why some people find them too bland. you can see the grains of rice in the meat that has been used instead of crumb which I haven't noticed in other gf sausages.
