Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened consume within 2 days. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted
Prepare & Use
Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
To grill: Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under grill for 3 - 4 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.
To fry: Remove all packaging. Heat ½ tbsp of oil in a frying pan. Add bacon for 2 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time

Best Bacon
This is our favourite bacon! Consistently high quality, not too salty and delicious flavour!

British Bacon
Good quality british bacon, the only sort I will buy. It maybe thin but crisps nicely, little fat so just how I like it. If you want thick then buy thick - have that too and is v good.

Thin but delicious
I can't argue with some other reviews about this bacon being thinly sliced and sometimes tricky to get out of the pack in one piece BUT that is precisely why I like it! The little fat that is on it is able to turn crispy under the grill without having to cremate the meat itself. The flavour of the bacon is very good, not too salty unlike some premium brands. Makes great bacon butties.

Really good bacon
Very nice flavour with just the right amount of salt. Rashers possibly cut slightly too thick but made excellent bacon sandwiches.
