Beautiful Beef
Bought the large size for a big family roast, and it was delicious, tender and fed 12 easily with some left over!

Really nice flavour.
Tender, easy to carve and flavoursome this was a real bargain when on offer. The half joint served four comfortably with plenty left over for tasty cold roast beef sandwiches the next day.

Beautiful beef
This was a superb joint. Pot-roasted with some veggies, it was tender and tasty. Excellent as a hot meal and lovely when cold with salads, too. I'm certainly going to re-order.

Perfect for slow roasting
Purchased this for the first time as it was on offer, usually go for Topside or Toprump but obviously this is cheaper. Any of the "cheaper" cuts of meat should really be slow roasted with some stock rather than dry roasted quickly for tenderness, check out any of the chef's recommendations online and you'll see. Anyway slow roasted this and it was perfect, really soft and tender and made the tasty gravy.

Lovely moist joint
The only thing I would say about this is that although it was a lovely piece of meat, it was £2.50 more than the estimated price which I was a bit annoyed at.
