Will be bulk buying for BBQs!!
I thought we would try a couple of these burgers its the first thing Ive ordered from the butchers dptment. When the burgers came I could see straight away that they were thick and made with quality meat, there was a lovely smell of seasoning. I grilled these and they went great into our burgers. Im planning to buy a dozen and freeze them ready to pull out for BBQs during the summer!!

FAR too salty.
Such a disappointment! These burgers have far too much salt in them, I was amazed when I tasted them. It's a shame, because in every other respect they are wonderful - great size, wonderful texture and very succulent. This is a prime example of what is wrong with our diets these days. If you eat well and don't add heaps of salt to all your food, you'll notice it immediately. If, however, you aren't the sort of person who checks for things like salt on nutrition labels you will probably love them. The pre-packaged Waitrose burgers are much better and I can't understand why these burgers taken from the meat counter and wrapped to order should be so different. Come on Waitrose, you can do better than this!
