Delicious
I agree with the review that says it is confusing as to whether to cook them or not?? I thought the point was to eat these 'super foods' raw but on the packet it says to 'cook thoroughly until steaming hot' Anyway, I have steamed them and they are delicious and also eaten raw again delicious but firmer and 'nuttier' They are versatile, quick and easy to use and you can praise yourself afterwards for being pure!

A must-have!
Lots of healthy flavour and crunch. Always top my lunchtime salad with a good handful of these. If you like nuts on your salads but can't afford the calories, try these instead!! They are such delcious good value for anyone who values healthy eating.

Slightly confused
The packaging seems to indicate that these should be cooked rather than eaten raw, so I did and they were fine, but I had planned to use them in a salad.

Healthy and really tasty
I was not sure if I'd like these but wanted an alternative to potatoes and my usual veg. These are fantastic - I cook them in a frying pan for a couple of minutes with a tiny bit of oil and water so that they steam cook. Nicely textured with a nutty flavour. Don't be put off by the appearance of them!

Tuna teriyaki burgers with red radish sprouts and cucumber ribbon salad
We all love burgers, but fatty beef patties and heavy accompaniments are not the way forward. Tuna is a very meaty fish and these burgers are quite substantial. Served with flavoursome salad and possibly some wholemeal pittas, they are a good lunch. By Sophie Michell

To cook or not to cook
This product, like all Aconbury products, is perfectly safe, and better for you, to eat raw. The only reason there are cooking instructions on the packet is because Waitrose, who supply them to Ocado, are worried about the E. coli outbreaks on the continent which were caused by sprouted Egyptian fenugreek. All Aconbury products are thoroughly tested to ensure they are safe to eat raw. This is also why Waitrose/Ocado no longer stock Aconbury's popular alfalfa sprouts. Stand up for your rights and demand that they bring them back!
