Prepare & Use

Cooking Instructions
Real Rustic Wedges or Healthy Oven Chips
1. Preheat oven to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7 and place tray in middle shelf.
2. Take three large potatoes. For wedges leave the skin on and cut into wedge shapes. For chips leave skin on or off as desired and cut into chip shapes.
3. Pat the shapes dry, add to mixing bowl with two tablespoons of oil and a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
4. Separate the potatoes into a single, even layer on hot tray and place back into oven. Bake, turning occasionally for 40 - 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Tip: Season with paprika and mild chilli powder before baking for a spicy treat.

Awful quality

Had them delivered on Saturday night, went to use them on Sunday. Opened the bag and the smell of rotting potatoes was terrible. All of the potatoes were rotten, couldnt use any of them!

Not a good buy! - so Goodbye!

Albert Bartlett Russet Potatoes Very poor quality - lots of waste and not a pleasant taste either. Not the right time for potatoes generally but shall keep away from these.

Totally Rotten and large cavity inside

Ocado delivered a bag of these a part of my delivery on Friday evening and I just went to use them for Sunday lunch and they are rotten through and have large cavities in the centre with a white furry mouldy looking residue. Totally inedible.

Taste good but went mouldy quickly

This went patchy and mouldy before the use by date. A shame because they made very nice mash.

The Biz

I've always loved baked potatoes in the USA & I gave up here because I've never found one that matches up. I didn't find the Rooster potatoes that good for baking. I think that russets are so good because they not super floury but are soft & still moist. This is a big find for me.
