bran that is edible
I needed to get more fibre into my diet and tried the usual bran cereals but couldn't bring myself to eat them. This is different.I won't pretend that I wouldn't rather be eating a croissant or something with chocolate in it but this really isn't too bad and it makes a difference to the digestive system

Tasty crunchy moreish
Pleasantly surprised with this product, as I don't enjoy all bran in the plain brown - stick format, but wanted a higher fibre cereal. Delicious crisp balls / nuggets of golden rice light in texture and small sticks of all-bran all stuck together. Light and crispy and moderately sweet, this is going to be a regular in our cereal cupboard.

yummy and not hard work
well this is as far away from the chewy pile of dust that bran cereals used to be as is possible. No longer a breakfast for the hairshirt brigade, even little kids could be induced to eat bran with this golden coated little wonder. scrumptious.
