Nice toast!
Thick slices and good crispy toast, my son loves it also as sandwiches - an all round good loaf.

Re Sugar in bread
To the reviewer who asked, you need sugar in bread for the yeast to rise, whence most of the sugar is converted into CO2. It works out at a fraction of an ounce per slice - 0.05 of an ounce, to be precise - so you needn't worry about ODing on sugar!
