Shake well before each use. Not suitable as a main milk source below 2 years of age.

Best dairy alternative
Alpro light is the best alternative to dairy milk I've tasted. This is a handy UHT version of the fresh and a great standby or terrific for traveling.

THe UHT version - handy
This UHT version of my favourite unsweetened alpro is a useful back-up to my fresh order. I keep one at work. Unfortunately it does have little more calories than the fresh version, so watch any food diary entries, but overall a great, practical, healthy cupboard staple.

Best Soy Milk
Having tried a few over the years, love this soy milk most of all. Perfect strength - rich without being too fatty - great for tea and coffee. Slight sweetness, but not too much. It does have a particular flavour, but suits me very well. If it splits when put into hot or acidic drinks, recommend heating the milk first to easily prevent this.
