Product Description

Marula Fruit Cream.
This natural fruit cream is produced from fresh cream and the unique fruit of the Marula Tree.

Amarula Cream is a smooth experience - a pure and precious blend of nature's fresh cream and the mysterious taste of the wild marula fruit. Enrich your taste with the smooth fragrance of this amazing drink - it goes down beautifully with any mood, any time.

The Marula tree, indigenous to the southern lattitudes of subequatorial Africa, and known by the local inhabitants as the elephant tree, is favoured by the elephants for its fruit. The wild tree, never cultivated by man, bears small yellow fruit in great profusion - a wild fruit from nature that mixes harmoniously with nature's own fresh cream.

Poor yourself a large glass, add an ice cube and enjoy. It doesn't get better than this.

If you like cream liqueurs you will love this

I rarely drink, and perhaps because of this, I prefer smooth liqueurs. Amarula liqueur has some similarities in taste to Irish cream liquers - but is much smoother. I first tried it twenty years ago whilst visitng a friend in South Africa and was instantly converted from my usual brand of liqueur. Friends who have tried Amarula liqueur invariably prefer this to their usual post-prandial tipple. It certainly rounds off a good meal. I have kept opened bottles in the fridge for several months with no problems, so if like me you only occasionally have a liqueur it is ideal.
