Soft but oddly flaky recently
Been buying this for a while as it is soft and strong. No complaints before, but recently bits are flaking off it all over the bathroom floor. I can see reviews from other people experiencing the same thing and I agree that it does look like it's been snowing in the bathroom. Sort it out, Andrex.

Feels more like kitchen roll !!
Having said that as much as I don't like it, it does seem to last longer! Hence the 3 stars. Definitely substantial.

Paper good, perforations bad.
In terms of paper quality I have no problems with this Andrex product - 5 stars. Unfortunately however in recent months the quality of the perforations has been very unreliable -1 star. When sitting in the throne room it should not be necessary to concentrate hard in order to separate one sheet cleanly from the next. The mind should be free to contemplate higher things. Hence my overall rating of 3 stars. Perhaps Andrex should try adjusting its perforation cutters or something.
