Cooking Instructions - General
For best results cook in your oven.
Ovens vary so the following are guidelines only. Be sure the meal is piping hot before serving. Please check that the product is the correct temperature for your child before serving.
Oven cook - From Chilled
Conventional oven: Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/375°F/gas mark 5. Remove the outer cardboard sleeve and pierce the film lid several times. Place on a baking tray in the middle of your oven. Cook for 20 minutes from chilled and 40 minutes from frozen. Cut off the film, stir then serve. Reduce the time and temperature if using a fan assisted oven.
Microwave - From Chilled
Remove the outer cardboard sleeve and pierce the film lid several times. Place in your microwave and cook on full power (800W) for 3 minutes from chilled and 6 minutes from frozen then leave to stand for a minute. Cut off the film lid with a knife or scissors, stir then serve.
