Not what they used to be

These apples are discoloured and bruised on arrival now. They used to be far better quality.

Keep receiving bruised apples

Twice in a row now I have received sub standard apples. Big bruises on each apples meaning they go straight from the Ocado bag into the bin. The quality seems to have deteriorated over the last few weeks.
