Prepare & Use
1 pack DiscoverÂ…mozzarella,
grated or roughly chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 x 450g can chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon chopped marjoram
salt and black pepper
2 pizza bases
your favourite topping ingredients eg.
chopped peppers, mushrooms, salami,
smoked ham, olives etc.
Gently fry the onion and garlic until soft. Next, add the tomatoes and then
cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until thick and saucy. Scatter in the
chopped marjoram and season generously. Smear the sauce over the pizza
bases and top with your favourite ingredients and plenty of Discover..mozarella.
grind over a bit more black pepper and sprinkle with
marjoram leaves. Bake at 220C/gas mark 7 for 12-15 minutes or until
golden brown. That's amore!

love it
it's excellent for pizza - throw on some tomato puree onto a pita bread, then chop some of this and throw it under the grill. Perfect!

Pasteurised Mozzarella!
Here's the only mozzarella cheese misted as coming from pasteurised milk. Very good, especially for pregnant women who like homemade pizza!

Lovely soft Mozzerella
I bought this when the ready grated was out of stock and was pleasantly surprised so much so I have ordered it again. Soft so took a while to get used to grating but lovely on our homemade pizza - using Waitrose Canadian bread flour.
