Store in a cool, dry place.
Prepare & Use
Pancakes:
Heat skillet over medium-low heat. Skillet is ready when drops of water sizzle, then disappear almost immediately. Combine all ingredients; stir with wire whisk until large lumps disappear. Over mixing may toughen pancakes. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes to thicken. Pour slightly less than ΒΌ cup batter for each pancake onto lightly greased skillet. Turn when pancakes bubble and bottoms are golden brown

Very, very good.
Making pancakes from this is easy and the taste is good. I have deducted one star for the construction of the box. It has a specially designed pour-hole in one side. It's harder to pour it out from that and also it results in some spill every time. If that hole was not there and I had cut it from the top normally, none of this would happen. So a specially designed pouring mechanism that makes things worse...you lose a star.

good thick american pancake - but its got too much sodium. was better with half mix and half plain flour....

Perfect
I add a touch of caster sugar a bit more vanilla essence and substitute a larger quantity of melted butter instead of the oil for richness ..... but it then makes the best ever waffles.

Yummy scrummy fluffy pancakes
Ordered this to try as it had rave reviews. It did not disappoint! The pancakes are really fluffy and delicious, the way they should be. All of us love these pancakes!

Easiest and best pancakes
I am now buying this product on a regular basis, everybody in the house loves these pancakes. The shape, thickness and texture is so easy to achieve. Highly recommended for Mums whose children love pancakes!
