Smells clean
Lavender scent when product used and hair just smells clean therafter. I have fine hair and it doesn't weigh it down. Live in SE and have had no problems with rinsing.

cannot rinse this out of my hair!
I bought this product because I like to support organic products and because I like lavender. I am very frustrated, because I cannot get it out of my hair - I rinse and rinse, and still once my hair is dry, it seems to be a magnet for dust. I was also using the companion conditioner and thought perhaps that product was at fault. Now just using the shampoo and I'm not going to finish the bottle. Very disappointing.
