Keep refrigerated. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.

Prepare & Use

Preparation:
Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.

Oven Cook
Electric (200ºC): 25-30 mins
Fan(180ºC): 25-30 mins
Gas (gas mark 6): 25-30 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.

Barbecue
Take extra care when barbecuing.
Cook first and barbecue to finish

very chewy with hardly any meat

not marinated at all so really chewy and very fatty - surprisingly poor product from waitrose

Not very meaty

Bit of a let down. I was expecting more meat on these for the price. Probably won't buy again.

Very disappointing

I'm not normally one to review products but these were so poor I felt I should. The ribs were very tough and largely fat. We had to abandon them and make something else as they were almost inedible. Certainly not the quality I expected.
