Storage
Keep in a cool dark place.
Prepare & Use
To steam. Scrub and rinse the potatoes well to remove any soil. Place in a steamer above a pan of boiling water. Cover with a lid and steam for 15-20 minutes. Serve with a knob of butter.
To boil. Peel and cut the potatoes into even sized pieces. Place in a pan with just enough water to cover, add salt if desired and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes or until tender.

Disappointed
I ordered this item after purchasing it from local Waitrose this week, where I found it to be an excellent product - the potatoes were all white, even sized and clean and barely needed washing. This same item from Ocado was dreadful, the potatoes were sweating in the bag, all dark brown in colour, with large brown blotches on which would have to be cut off. Presumably due to bad storage or having been an inferior product to start with. Will not order from Ocado again.

Each of the last two orders contained rotten potatoes - you will know the awful smell that contaminates the rest!

Not baby sized
I specifically wanted baby new potatoes for a salad. The smallest ones in the bag needed chopping into 3, I haven't used the rest yet. The flavour and quality are good, but they need to take out the word 'baby' from the description.
