Storage
Keep in a cool dark place.
Prepare & Use
To steam. Scrub and rinse the potatoes well to remove any soil. Place in a steamer above a pan of boiling water. Cover with a lid and steam for 15-20 minutes. Serve with a knob of butter.
To boil. Peel and cut the potatoes into even sized pieces. Place in a pan with just enough water to cover, add salt if desired and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes or until tender.

A lot of waste
The last few times I have bought these they have had several potatoes in the pack that have gone off, I have had to throw away about a quarter of these. Nice but disappointingly wasteful

brilliant mid week staple
These are great for a quick mid week meal - require no preparation, barely even need washing, and are almost as quick as pasta to cook.

Usually indispensable but recently far too big
I buy these specifically because they are tiny and usually don't need chopping up. However, the recent packet contained rather large potatoes: simply not good enough when you are charged a premium for tininess. I will order them once more and then look elsewhere.

Wonderful
these have a lovely creamy, earthy flavour, need next to no preparation, a rinse, and when one bites into them, the tight skin yields under the teeth and they almost burst like ripe tomatoes - gorgeous. Will be buying regularly.
