Amazing full bodied, fruity beer
My new favourite beer! Fruity and flavoursome. Great by itself or with food.

Not to be drunk alone!
I should have read the bottle - it recommends partnership of this bitter with a rich game pie or mature cheddar - which makes perfect sense and with which I imagine it would be delicious...but on its own? really not very nice at all! Intensely fruity, a bit too strong and strange for me.

Delicious but probably not for every ale drinker
This is one of my favourite drinks, It's not a typical ale in any sense, it is very sweet and tastes intensely of blackberries to me. I love bitter ales too but this is something quite different, if you like your ale bitter this won't be for you but if you just think of it as a drink in its own right. Goes amazingly with a good strong cheddar in my opinion!
