a bit acidc
Did not stand up to the Balsamic i have used in the past. possibly suitable for cooking. wouldn't use for dips or salads.

You get what you pay for
Thought that I would try this out, but it is very acidic and not suitable for use as an olive oil / balsamic dip. OK for use in a salad if you want a sharp taste.

Does not taste like branded vinegars
Decided to try this after reading the other reviews about how this is just as good as more expensive balsamic vinegars. This is an ok vinegar to cook with, but if you're used to a sweet, rich, proper balsamic (actual balsamic, and not a black version of table vinegar), then this is not the product for you.

This product is really good but I find the top doesn't fit very well and is awkward to screw back on properly, this has been so with each bottle I have purchased.

Good, budget balsamic
You get value for money with this balsamic. I use it for cooking e.g. to add to tomato pasta sauces, but prefer something a bit more expensive to dress my salads for a fuller flavour and thicker consistency. Glad that a good, budget price balsamic is available.
