WAS GREAT NOW WATERY/THIN/NO DEPTH
I agree with other reviewers as it was intense and thick but now watered down taste so will not buy again. Have upgraded to Belazu at 13 pounds per bottle but hell its worth it and makes your salads amazing.

Disappointing
I bought this because it is a mid-price range balsamic vinegar. However, it is expensive considering it is so watery. Not something I would buy again.

Used to be good, not anymore
This vinegar used to be a very tasty sirupy balsamic vinegar, but it seems Waitrose changed its recipe few weeks ago, and it's not good anymore. It feels like it's more water now, very very light in flavour and thickness, and much more acidic. What a shame

Good for the price but not great
Has great flavor but was more watery than I expected. For the price I suppose this is to be expected...

Disappointing
I'm disappointed by this product. I did a quick taste test with the last bit of my other balsamic vinegar, and found this to be by comparison watery and acidic.
