Spiced Garlic Bread
Serves 6
Cut 6 small baguettes into 3cm slices, without cutting right through. Cream together 175g softened butter, 2 tsp Bart Garlic in Sunflower Oil, 1 tbsp tomato puree, 1 tsp Bart Cajun Spice Blend & 1/4 tsp Bart Rock Salt. Spread the butter between each slice & any remaining spread over the bread. Wrap the baguettes in foil & seal the edges. Place the parcels at the edge of the barbecue and cook for 5 minutes. Turn over & cook for a further 5 minutes
