Pleasant but not strong enough

Smells nice but is very mild tasting. It is unfortunate that this is the only brand being offered as I would like an alternative with a stronger taste.

I agree with other reviews. The recipe needed two spoonfuls of ginger powder but I tasted the dough and then added another. When cooked the biscuits still didnt taste of ginger, in fact I I wouldnt have recognised them as ginger biscuits.

Bought this to make some oat and ginger cookies suitable for diabetics and despite adding more of the ginger the second time of making them you still could not taste the ginger.Very disappointed.

When added to lemon juice and sugar tastes like Lemsip. Not what I was expecting...
