wonderfully fragrant
I love this product and use it in curry pastes, ground over chicken breasts or steaks, all manner of things. It really doesn't take long to grind it! My only gripe is that you can't get refills which is a bit wasteful, but other than that, a really useful product

only buy if you have plenty of time
The end product smells lovely and the idea of freely ground appeals but it takes so long to produce even half a teaspoon that you will soon be reaching for the ready-ground jar if you need more than a light sprinkling.

Bhajis are one of the most popular Indian starters or side dishes. We put a SORTED twist on ours by using red and white onions as well as shallots to give an extra bit of sweetness. We also whip up an easy mango yoghurt which makes a fantastic dip. For more scrummy recipes visit www.sortedfood.com!

Wonderful Fragrance
I love this product, although it might be easier to buy the separate ingredients. I don't use the grinder because, as the previous reviewer noted, it takes a lot of effort to grind a teaspoonful. However it is easy to grind in a pestle and mortar and produces such wonderfully fresh aromas that powder never could.
