Excellent Pepper
Ive used this product for years and have no complaints whatsoever. I remove the inner plastic cap easily with finger nails and use a very small funnel and decant into the pepper pot!

Poor packaging
I agree with the previous review - the sprinkling part comes off with the lid being opened - I ruined two meals where the pepper then spilt out excessively! Nothing wrong with the pepper itself however.

Lousy packaging.
This has got to be the worst black pepper container ever. The dispensing/sprinkling part of the container just comes right off every time I open the lid. Fix it back and it comes off again the next time I use it. Maybe I just got a bad one, but honestly I won't be buying again.

Poor packaging, fine product
I buy Barts as refills because they are the best value for money. If you are going to use it straight from the packaging you need to be careful as you will end up over seasoning foods. The lids don't work as they should.
