feel coconut properly !
Finally found my favourite. This coconut cream block is easy to keep in the fridge and thicker taste than liquid ones . Lovely !
Great Product For The Health Conscious
This has none of the terrible ingredients that are in coconut milk and half the price of an organic can so I buy and just add to hot water. Tastes rich and creamy and you know you're not filling your insides with E numbers.
Great flavour
Very good flavour and easy to use. Great to top up curry when you don't want to open another tin of coconut milk, or to make a sauce richer
A bit of a faff!
OK, I will start by saying this tastes really good, far better than the canned varieties. However I did not realise (naively) that it would come as a solid block in vacuum packaging. It took some time to dissolve in hot water before I could add it to my curry. But I still recommend it based on flavour and texture.
So good you can eat on it’s own
I some times cut a slice off this and eat it when I’m trying to be good and have banned sweets from the house. Hits the spot. Great for curries and comes with a wedge of coconut oil that I use fry my ingredients which gives a lovely flavour initself. My cupboard staple. Top tip: grate it on to your curry to give a good consistency
Great
This is great and has a strong coconut flavour, unlike some brands, hence meaning that less is needed to gain the desired result.
