To open simply flip up the lid & carefully slice off the top of the plastic nozzle with a sharp knife

Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce
Serves 2 - 4
Mix together 3 tbsp Bart Thai Fish Sauce, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 tsp Bart Hot Chilli in Sunflower Oil, 2 tsp brown sugar & 3 chopped spring onions.

Great taste, perfect size

Love this item. Finally an intelligently sized bottle of fish sauce - suitable for people who cook Thai and Vietnamese occasionally but not daily. The bigger bottles are fine for people who cook south-east Asian food all the time, but this is the right size for the rest of us! Love the flavour too.

great taste, good size

fish sauce is like the soya sauce of south east asian cooking. It is primarily salt, and should be used in the same quantities. And so for this reason, this is a great size. is more than enough for 12 servings of soup/curry. And the flavour is proper, without being too fishy (a sign of bad quality).

It is a tiny bottle

I thought it was reasonable, what I did not notice that it is only 60ml, like a sample. Larger size please, this will not go very far.

Clever Barts!

I loved the flavour of the sauce, as an ingredient it made a simple dressing for prawns taste sublime.
