Stir Fry
Heat a dry wok for 2 minutes, add 1tbsp oil and add beansprouts, stir fry for a further 2-3 minutes until piping hot. Serve immediately.

Terrible Shelf Life
I read the reviews and ordered them anyway. I thought I'd got a lucky batch as they seemed fresh, crispy and looked fine but after a VERY short time they went slimy which was NOT good as I didn't notice till I put my hand in the bag. I might order again but only if I plan to use them on day one, otherwise I might just grow my own which is easy enough.

Agree with others about the slime
Generally god on day of purchase, but these very quickly go off and usually end up putting half of them in the bin - so cheap that it doesn't matter too much but it does feel like a waste of food! However, if you want beansprouts I'm not sure there's an alternative on Ocado.

Not fresh
Opened these as soon as they arrived on the last 2 occasions I bought them. Almost all the 'seeds' were black and the sprouts smelled awful. They used to be fine, so something has gone awry in quality control
