Store in a cool dry place. Once opened transfer contents to a non-metalic container, cover, refrigerate below 5ºC and consume within 2 days.
Prepare & Use
Heating Instructions:
Hob: Pour contents into a saucepan and heat gently for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not boil but serve piping hot.
Microwave: Pour contents into a microwaveable bowl and cover with suitable film. Pierce film in several places. Heat on full power for 3½ minutes. Stir halfway through heating time. stand for 2 minutes after heating. Check food is piping hot throughout. If not, re-cover and heat for further brief period.

Slightly too salty but otherwise best tinned consomme I have tasted

Use it in your cooking
I use this as a relatively cheap and convenient replacement for beef stock in risottos etc. It is slightly salty, but less so than using stock cubes or some shop bought liquid beef stocks.
